Different people attending the office. Looks like it changed ownership. It's kind of creepy. It's my last year doing my taxes here. Not what i expected on customer service. Don't waist your time and money here.

The WORST experience ever. I had them file my taxes last year and they never called me to tell me they were done. THEN closed for the season. No lie 54 phone calls plus 12 to the emergency contact number and a Facebook message and no response. I threatened them with police and they called the next day to tell me to pick it up 3 months later. Their excuse was because they forgot to ask for my phone number even though I gave them my number the previous year and my address is on every paper I gave them. Victorias tax service is the worst tax service I've ever used my wife and I unfortunately went there for three years and every year they kept making mistakes on our tax returns shame on us for continuing to give them a chance to get it right never again I suggest you look elsewhere
