Just had new roof and gutters replaced mid Dec 2023. They did an amazing job and crew was super clean and friendly. Roof looks amazing and brown gutters make rest of house pop. John is what sold us on this job. He was not pushy and when giving estimate was only contractor who went up in attic and went out of way to help us feel comfortable. He was always on time or early. Super professional in every way. Would def reccomend to any one.

John and his team did an incredible job at a reasonable price. They were professional, clean, and finished faster than anticipated. The roof looks fantastic - would definitely recommend Summit!

John fixed a leak on my roof about 4 years ago. I cant even begin to word how happy I am with the service provided by John and his team. To start off, he repaired a section on my roof a few years ago and was very kind, courteous and respectful as well as very reasonably priced. This go around, I needed a full roof replacement due to wind damage (and a 30 year old roof). He was more than helpful by dealing directly with my home owners insurance to help me navigate the claim process. After going back and forth with the insurance company a few times, they graciously agreed to the replacement.
