Took me in finally 2 hours after my appointment time and first it really wasn't that busy. But the staff were pretty nice and the doctor i seen was great! She wasn't playing around and got me the help I needed, prescribed me meds asap, and diagnosed me with walking pneumonia. Because of her I don't feel like death today.

The front desk staff were very pleasant. I was in out and my RX was ready for me at my pharmacy. I have been here 4xs and each visit was the same. I actually prefer them over my PCP. Krystina's bedside manner was off the charts. I HIGHLY recommend. Keep up the amazing work Optum!

Wait time was as expected. The nurse who checked me in(didn’t get her name but she had her eagles necklace on) was super kind and helpful. Dr. Zack was thorough (2nd time seeing him) but the nurse who triaged me,Ron, was stellar!! So personable with a kind and caring demeanor. Made me feel heard and seen and not like just another random urgent care patient.
