Technician Paul F. arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the issue and offered both available solutions, explained what each would entail as well as pros/cons of each as well as ballpark costs with each. End of the day a new toilet was installed same day, work was performed well and care was taken to not damage floor tiles around the area. Everything was explained and costs were within estimate and Technician was clear and communicative during the process.

Caleb provided valuable training on how to clean the filter in the faucet, and Ruth gave me much-needed advice about how to purchase replacement parts if needed. Removing/replacing an old furnace and air conditioner in the projected time. Left there work areas neat and clean. Made sure I was comfortable operating the thermostat.
