I went for myself the other day to this Urgent Care. I had a lingering cough that wouldn't go away with OTC meds.The front desk was very friendly in my check-in.The wait wasn't long at all.The nurse & Doctor were both wonderful.She listened to my concerns & gave me detailed info on my prescription & aftercare at home.
ive taken family members here 2xs. both times we had excellent experiences.. very thorough and not rushed..always polite and professional. I had a familymember therein Feb of 2020, the dr was sooo patient with her.. she needed to go to the er, immediately but was resistant to do it..the dr got on his knees infront ofwhere she was sitting and pleaded with her to go.. she did and she would of been dead within a week, the er said, if she hadn't been persuaded to go by the Urgent Care dr! I highly recommend visiting here if in need of a dr!
This is the third time I have had to use this facility and each time everyone has been wonderful, friendly, and competent. I usually call ahead and they will let you know what the wait time is. But, usually it has been less than expected. The doctors are professional, friendly, and efficient.
