My son goes for the PREP gym classes-BEST decision ever! The trainer's care and truly put forth effort in his classes. This gym is the best kept secret around. Prep is a Physician Referred Exercise Program. There's classes for adults also, so if you have arthritis, or need cardio or are a cancer survivor or other subjects you fall under, your MD can refer you and you get to attend a small group 2-3x weekly with a trainer plus all the classes that are therapeutic for you for only $50 per month! I would look into it, it's worth a try to the point I'm joining.
I unfortunately, have had to take advantage of PT several times in my adult life. I have to say, without a doubt, this is the best place I have gone. This a an extremely clean facility with the most caring physical therapist. They are knowledgeable & understanding. They don't push you to " overdue it" but certainly encourage that you can. I am so thankful Dr. Levinski recommended me to go here after a full hip replacement. Within 2 weeks I'm done with cane. With the exception if I'm going somewhere I'm unfamiliar with or just not feeling ? % up to par. Love, love, love this place and ALL their therapist ❤
I love this gym.. you don’t feel so close to the person next to you. There are multiple small areas that are off to the side that you can use. People around you are always courteous. If you need the equipment then you have everything you need here. Work hard and push yourself. You leave sore and proud.
