They go through the work like a tornado. No work ethic lost on them. They have their own ways of doing certain things (products esp) but they are gracious and accommodating and are happy to make you happy. They are not perfect but the best I have ever encountered. Nobody's perfect. I certainly wasn't when I did it. They have made my 73 year old life much easier. If I could only get my husband to wipe his feet! These are nice ladies who want to make you happy.
