Vic is awesome! Went to him with an idea and he went above and beyond to turn my idea into reality. I am currently working on my sleeve and so far it’s nothing short of beautiful.
Cleanliness: Shop is clean, Vic is very careful in setting up equipment and making sure everything stays sterile.

Needed a cover-up on a finger tattoo color doesn't stay to good on fingers but he told me free color- ins for life so thats awesome! All in all am happy with my cover-up and would get another tattoo there! Edited this shop is in franklinville

Victor is amazing artist. He took the image in my head and put it on paper and then on me. I am super happy with my tat. I told Victor this one means a lot to me because it is one that honors my daughter. He took his time, made sure it was what l wanted and used a ton of color. Will definitely be going back
