We've been coming to see Dr. Banks for 25 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is compassionate and understanding. The girls in the office do a wonderful job. Best veterinarian practice in the state! Prices are always fair. Love those guys!
It's sad to see all these abandoned pets here. It would be a good investment if the Animal Shelter could change the way they shelter these animals with creating a 1 month clearance of health for each pet then have a open area created where for example they have tree houses for cats to play together on format of grass so they can get exercise & not be in cage all day, every day with no ability to run & use their muscles. If not creat ports to exit room areas where they can go outside with in a fenced area so they can exercise, & come back in to their bowl to feed n bed. I do credit the work done by staff.
Went to Ocean View for emergency and they charged me top dollar but when I went to Cumberland they are always understandable and caring and work with you they become family hood people ☝?and customer service is on point
