Sterling Securities is a top notch company. What puts them over the top is a Field Supervisor by the name of Joe. I have seen this guy in action many times and I am more impressed each time. Sterling has a real gem.

I have yet to secure a position, however, I met Bill and one of his staff members. I have to admit, just the application process alone is like joining the army, very strict as they should be. They made it clear that tardiness is completely unacceptable. Bill and his staff are very professional. Being a guard is not a joke. Being too friendly will make a business vulnerable to employees not taking their duties seriously. It is a very serious role to take on. If you cannot adhere to their rules you will be unhappy. Worst company ever I got removed from my site without an explanation I quit them after that I was at a site I liked from my full time job I worked at 24 commerce in Newark nj part time 4hours a day then out of nowhere the supervisor called and said I hit removed I didn't understand why and he didn't know so I had lest this company and also sometimes I would call out and couldn't this is a horrible company I would never go back to them again
