Called Bob on Sunday, he told me he would come by next day and see what parts he needed to fix sink. Never called me back and never returned my repeated calls and messages. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, at least have decency to tell me not interested. Bad attitude. ?

Disappointing. Upset. Garthwaite went to install bathroom faucet. Broke/snapped off valve (handle and stem). Said he'd come back... needed part to repair what he damaged. Came back. Installed faucet. Took my money. Never replaced/repaired valve. Requested 10 year water heater. Paid for 10 year. Gave me an 8 year!! Called/texted him for almost 2 months. Finally when filed with BBB, and he came to put valve handle on. (Almost 2 months later) Asked what about stem that was broken and that was crooked, he said he managed to push handle on. But I'm afraid to test it. Not a screw in handle like previous one (which he took, along with all my warranty paper work for new faucet)....read full review

Highly recommend!! I had a pipe burst and they were at my house within an hour. Extremely professional and used tarps on the floor to enter my home. Cleaned the entire area which was not part of the job ... Price was extremely reasonable!! Another plumber wanted to charge just to come out ...very happy I called Garthwaite plumbing !
