Absolutely an incredible experience! From the request to reserve online right down to day of services. I hosted a party of 3 ladies for a special birthday celebration. Started at Elements Spa and ended with an add-on day pass for Minerals resort. Every single team member we encountered greeted us with a smile and were willing to help with a smile! Refreshing!! Special shout-out to Michele, the front desk agent, for her professional, warm, welcoming and accommodating ways. MICHELE is a wonderful human being and a most accommodating and efficient employee of element spa. My group had a few hiccups and she was able to make everything work with a big smile on her face.. I can’t thank her enough.
