I always have the best experience at Shift Studio whether it's Reiki or sound healing. I took my teenage daughter recently to a sound healing ceremony, and she loved it, and felt like she was the only person in the room. She felt so relaxed in her mind and body that she can't wait to go to the next one.My older son is a college student, and wanted to come home on break and relax with a Reiki appointment. Abra has a way of making you feel so comfortable and at ease, and it immediately elevates your mood.

This was an incredible experience! I had wanted to try Reiki for long time, but while visiting this area, I felt called to do it & loved Abra’s website so gave it a whirl. I didn’t know what to expect but trusted her work. Wow, was I blown away by her professionalism, insights, caring and real ability to assist me! She explained well & shared things that truly spoke to me. I worked with her 2 months ago and am still benefiting from the healing that occurred! I so wish I could continue working with her, but was only there for a visit. It is clear she has studied & learned and has something beautiful to share. I took a six week class with Abra on Intuition which was filled with guided meditations and intuitive exercises in a small class of like-minded women. I also had a Reiki session with Abra that totally helped me come to terms with some emotional trauma from the past. Her studio is warm, welcoming, clean and a special place to have in our community. I recommend Shift Studio and Abra if you are looking for Reiki, Intuitive workshops etc...highly recommend!
