“My dogs have been coming here since they were pups. They're always very accommodating and have cute events for pictures with the dogs. The staff is always friendly and remembers my dogs even if I haven't visited in a while. They also take pictures and posts on their facebook page daily for all to view. Only improvement of the place would be if they had a live camera so I can peek in on my dogs midday because I miss them!“

“I have a 65 lb Goldendoodle with thick curly hair. I’ve been going here for years to get him groomed. Even after moving an hour and a half away, it is still worth the drive for their quality of precision and level of care catered towards servicing him. He is always very and comfortable upon pickup and the workers are nothing short of true artists in their profession. Booking is typically very flexible which is a major plus as well. I would highly recommend this location for great pricing, quality, and a great overall customer/pet experience.“

“We truly love taking Zuko here! They are professionals and he comes home looking great every time. We also love when it grows in! We have gone to a few places around town and no one would get his hair cut right, but they nail it every single time.“

“This is an amazing activity center for dogs and their owners. We have been taking nose work classes here for 10 months and really enjoyed the experience. “My dog had bad blood and diarrhea for 1 year treated by my last vet. Nothing worked. I decided to go to Dr. Unay him and his staff were so great and front desk. They really care. We did blood work and stool sample and waiting to hear plan B. I went home feeling so positive from all the info that was given to me. Waiting for results. I will let you know. I wish I can go here myself lol!!!“

“While we did not take our dog to their training, we did meet the owners at a recent dog event. We met two of the dogs they were training and were very pleased. We spoke for 10-20 mins and agreed on many key training points and the proper use of electric collars. Based on that interaction, I'd recommend them to someone looking for basic or advanced training.“

“I went to Louie’s Bath House for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be coming back. This place is perfect for my two babies who have been stressing at my previous groomer. “I took my very knotted Cockapoo for the first time. The lady that greeted me (I didn't get her name) was friendly and welcoming. Right away she explained to me that my dog was going to need a very short cut. Because of my previous experience with my former groomer I was afraid they were going to nip and cut her skin. I prayed and hoped for the best lol I dropped off at 11:30 and at 12:35 received a call that my dog was going to be ready in 15 mins. I couldn't believe how fast that was! My former groomer would take 3 hrs and not do such a great job. I was pleased with the cut. It was very short but I understood it had to be because of the knots. When I got home I examined my dog and noticed they did a great job overall. Her ears were spotless! The cut itself wasn't choppy or uneven. And most importantly my baby was happy! I will definitely book with PPS again and look forward to getting a cute teddy bear cut next time!“

“The best place to bring your pups for daycare and grooming! Alex is the best and is so trustworthy. Lexie is the most amazing groomer so definitely ask for her!! Highly recommend giving them a shot!! They also use Wishing Well Veterinary Hospital as their on-call vet in case of emergency. The greatest place ever!!“

“We have been going to Pups at Play for years and it’s been okay. This review is a result of the most incredible experience I had last night with Michelle and Howard. This is for them!!

Enroute to come pick up my sweet girl, I was caught in massive, massive traffic due to a terrible accident on route 80 in PA. This left me in bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours, going far past the closing time of daycare. Since my sweet girl has very strict medication, leaving her for an impromptu overnight is just not an option. Michelle was incredible to work with helped me find a solution, as well as navigating traffic from the maps she could see on her desktop!!! Howard stayed late for me and welcomed me in to scoop my girl close to 9pm. So incredibly understanding as I was a wreck and never had been in this situation before. I cannot thank them enough. They are the BEST and it’s employees like them that will keep us coming back to Pups at Play. MICHELLE AND HOWARD FOR THE WIN!!“
