5 stars is not enough to express our satisfaction and gratitude! My parents used JCM Tax Service multiple times before, and now my husband and I have done so for the second time. JCM Tax Service has always done an exceptional job. They have put up with my countless questions, clearly explained/outlined everything that we needed to know, and responded to our inquiries in a very timely manner - almost shockingly so! I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone. I'm not great with technology, but everything here was so simple to navigate that I managed to complete it all via mobile. Josh is attentive, prompt, and professional. He is also very good at answering questions without talking down to the customer. I am self employed and not always the most organized person, and JCM Tax Services has done a great job. I never thought the tax prep process could be described as painless, but Josh has made that possible. 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for an accountant to help with their small business needs!

After having gone through a series of accountants that really screwed things up for me, finding Josh was a breath of fresh air. Now, years down the road I wouldn’t use anybody else. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my business was working with Josh as my accountant. Highly recommended for business and personal alike. He is communicative and informative, lays everything out plainly, and makes sure that you understand everything going on. He works hard to see that you have the best options available. Also, he’s a really nice guy.
