Hector from Union Heat was an absolute lifesaver! On one of the hottest days of the year--90 degrees and sweltering--he came out at the very end of his workday for an emergency call. From the moment he arrived, he was the definition of a true pro: friendly and completely focused on finding a solution. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our air conditioning system, explained everything clearly, and--amazingly--had the exact spare parts we needed for the condensate pump right in his truck. Within no time, he replaced the pump, cleared the condensate line, and made sure everything was running perfectly. There was no rushing; he worked with care and attention to detail. It's rare to find this combination of skill, preparedness, and genuine customer care. I would enthusiastically recommend Hector and Union Heat to anyone in need of HVAC service or installation. Outstanding work!

My family has been using Union Heat for years. They are always available to assist us with our heating and cooling needs. Any issues we have had they have been able to solve within a timely fashion. Best experience ever!!! Union Heat Rocks! Hector worked on our Oil to Gas boiler conversion project. It was so nice to deal with such an organized individual. We ended up getting a Navien Combi boiler. My husband was not that convinced at first because he is old school and believes oil burns hotter than gas. But, after Hector put this unit up for us we couldn't believe our eyes, it heats our house perfectly for a fraction of the cost. We don't regret going this route one bit. Thank you again for putting us on the right path to make the right decision. Your professionalism from start to finish is greatly appreciated!!🙂
