Initially, I hesitated to call SP because I thought they were going to be too expensive. But to my surprise, their pricing is was very reasonable. I called them for an issue we were having with our HVAC system. They sent a tech the same day. Fast, friendly service. Truly Service PROFESSIONALS.
As a property manager, for a 300-unit condominium association, it's good to have vendors I can count on. I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and colleagues.

My service representative was polite, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to thoroughly check and service my heating unit and radiators. I've had some reps run through this process in 10 minutes, which I thought was strange, but this representative very obviously did everything that he was supposed to do correctly.

The young man that came by today (Mike-I do believe) was very good at not only his job but he was kind and courteous i am consistently impressed by the staff employed by Service Professionals So Kudos to you and the staff. Outstanding young man
