The experience at this place was great. The doctor loves animals, the nurses are friendly, and the receptionist patiently explained some detailed questions. We prefer the doctor at this Petco.

The place was your typical pet store with so many options for foods, kits and supplies. I couldn't find an employee for the life of me to show me where the fish food was which makes me think that maybe they're a little bit understaffed at the time of me writing this review. The animals were super adorable to look at but overall this pet store wasn't anything extraordinary.

Straightforward pickup of my online order but with my PayPal payment they were able to give me a gift card on the return vs send back to PayPal. They have a lot of snacks and toys and supplies, live fish and some gerbils. Adoption services and a grooming counter to one side of the store. However light on staff, had to wait a bit at the registers.
