Had an issues with AC - Daniel( friendly and professional ) came to diagnose issue at first it looked like it would be a very expensive repair. He took the time to further diagnose it , contact the AC manufacturer and turned out it was a programming fix which saved us a lot of $. Thanks !!!

Well I am so impressed with the service from KAYS Affortable HVCA/R that I want to give my review based on my personal experience. Three words, they are wonderful!!! Not good, not great, but wonderful. Why you may say that? Well, I just purchase my condo and it came with a broken AC. I investigated prices from contractors have no name on their van and asking for full payment or half, even before they did the work, to the powerhouse PSEG that quoted me for an entire system when I only needed the AC. Kays came out the same day to handle my A/C repair needs. Daniel inspected the issue and was upfront, knowledgable and honest. He provided me with options and helped guide me to make a decision I felt comfortable with. I will definitely use them again.
