“You have to do something better than average or significantly worse than average for me to leave a review. Fortunately Freshspace is in the former category.Fareed showed up when he said he would. On one occasion he was a little later than we had agreed to, but he knew I was there all day, and that it would be okay. He notified me well in advance and it was only a short delay of an hour and a half. That is the worst thing I can report and it is nothing.Here is the super good news. Fareed showed up, was the consummate professional, completed the work without creating new issues or messes, and produced an amazing product given that he was working with restoring 110 year old floors that had been covered with vinyl flooring for the last 20+ years. There were times I could not be there and my middle daughter who is 24 was there and I never once was concerned in any manner with him. Whenever he came across something that could go two ways, he always asked what I wanted even if it might be more trouble or less profit for him. We were partners in the process. Over the years I have done a lot of business with people and he is a top five percenter. Total kudos to him.The home he worked on has been in my family since 1947 and was my mom's gem. It was the home I grew up in. Since my mom passed and we decided to sell it and not keep it, no one was ever allowed in that house who we didn't trust completely. Fareed is someone I trust and would not even consider using anyone else if we were to keep the home and do the balance of the floors.
