Sheldon was nothing short of professional and a true master of his trade. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure it is done correctly. Sheldon worked within our budget and took his time to explain the functionality of each piece of equipment and what was to be done. He was timely and easy to communicate with. We came home one hot day to find that the A/C was not working properly. Air was coming out of the vents, but it was not cold. We had a couple of contractors come in to diagnose the problem, and each one said we needed to replace the entire system. We went to Dimatic/Sheldon for one more quote expecting that we were going to have to get a new A/C system. That call saved us thousands of dollars. Not only did he have a fix that didn't involve replacing the whole system, but Sheldon was honest, reasonable, prompt, and professional. He will be my first call next time, and I would recommended him to anyone (and have).
Sheldon was a pleasant surprise considering all the contractors that seek to take you over the coals I know because I delt with one or 2 and Diamatic worked with me by providing options to my HVAC needs and performed the work at a great price. Thanks Sheldon.
