We got hit with a leak on the roof in one of kids bedrooms and Floor issues in our family and living rooms after strong winds and rain hit our Area. We called our home insurance and they sent Gemini to do assessment and remediation and they got there 2 days after we placed a call to our home Insurance. They did their work and i was impressed with how much pride they had with their job. they always leave the house dust and debris free and as a mom of two kids i appreciated it. Their work was great. Kelly gave me a great first impression When he came in with his crew along with Fernando. He tells me what was wrong what the process is and what to expect. He communicated well with Matt and i was surprised that Matt came to the site twice and has also kept in touch for any concerns And i am thankful for that. They patched up the areas they have to take apart nicely. The painting crew did an amazing job! Thanks to Ricardo, Chris, Kevin and a few more. They fixed the roof and Talus was straight forward and easy to talk to. They also did our floors. they did good! we had some concerns and they were addressed as fast as we could have expected. Erin and Sophia has made communication via phone calls and emails as easy as possible For me and my husband. All the employees we have come across with has been soo pleasant. We see and hear a lot of home restorations go south but the confidence the crew gave the whole time they were here kept us calm and worry free. We definitely would want to work with them again.“
