I had a wonderful experience with Bayyinah from start to finish. I called her hoping that she could squeeze me in for a relaxer (on a day that she didn't have available on her website) and she was able to work with me. When I first walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and felt right at home. I sat down in her chair and we began our consultation. We discussed my hair concerns, goals, and the relaxer service that she was providing me with. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process and that was greatly appreciated. When my previous stylist retired after working on my hair for a couple of years, I was lost. My stylist always took such good care of me, and when she retired I waited a very long time before I tried other stylists. Well, as many would guess, my worst fears came true. My hair quickly became severely damaged, and I lost all hope that there was a special stylist for me in New Jersey.
