Wow—what an experience! I dropped in for a class with my family and friends while visiting from out of town, and it was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine hospitality, given a tour of the facility, and a clear rundown of the WOD. The owner, Demetrius, even came over to personally introduce himself and chat with us, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. We even had a first-time CrossFitter in our group, and he had a blast!

Best CrossFit gym I've been to. Love this place after moving to Union City. Coaches are great and programming from head coach Demetrius is well thought out and actually will make you improve.
Excellent class today.. especially coach PABLO, very attentive to the class, he even allocated time for a STRETCH of at least 10 MINUTES to avoid injuries, he puts the clients' needs above all else. EXCELLENT SERVICE.. 5 STARS is not enough for what they do... That's if they play reggaeton without fear
