He put on a rubber roof, removing 6 layers of old roofing, on my home and put new roofing on my garage, he helped me solve a leak by my roof drain that eluded me for 10 years. He came when I had an emergency leak (in the winter) due to a change by another contractor attempting to solve that very leak. It has never re-occurred. He has done sheet rocking, wall insulation, cement work and windows all at a reasonable price. He stands by his work. For the condo building we had him replace crumbling stucco walls in a large air light shaftway with vinyl siding as well as replace the entire tiled roof with flat roofing material that had 35 rotten sheets of plywood due to icing under the tiles (wrong material for a roof without enough pitch).
