    I've worked with several trainers over the last 20 years and Yeufre is by far the best I've worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable about Kinesiology and tailors workouts towards strength, mobility and endurance. He's a true professional and easy to work with.

    I have had a few personal trainers in the past, but Yeufre really is a notch above the rest! His knowledge of anatomy and sport specific training is amazing. He can handle all levels of clients-from beginners just trying to get in better shape to experienced athletes training for a competition or race. He always makes you feel comfortable no matter what level or capability you have and he makes training manageable and fun! His attitude is always great and he’s an overall amazing person.

    I came to The Fitness Office looking to jumpstart a weight gain/strength training fitness journey with hardly any experience in a gym. Yeufre was an excellent trainer and paid careful attention to what workouts worked best for my body, and always made sure to explain form carefully and discuss the “why”s behind each set. Not only did I see progress in our 10 weeks of sessions, but I learned so much to take away for future workouts on my own! Would absolutely recommend!
