“When I first met Claire I had no brows and a large forehead, which made having no brows look even crazier. I found Claire at Laurel on Instagram back in 2019 and obsessed over her content of the most gorgeous and natural and PERFECT brows I'd ever seen. She came at a small price but I knew the work she did was the best I'd find anywhere else. Also, she's warm and lovely and caring and cool and has a soft touch with heavy machinery. Claire gave me my dream brows. Seriously. “If I weren't moving out of NYC, I'd be a client here forever! I've been to four different lash places in NYC and Winkiss is definitely The. Best. I've been consistently going to Jenny for a year and she is so sweet and always delivers. Other places have rotating lash technicians who get your set done quickly within an hour, but Jenny always takes time to apply the full set and that makes me feel like she really cares about giving you the best lashes. I highly value places and people who make you feel like an individual client rather than just another customer, especially since those experiences aren't easy to come by in NYC. The space is always quiet, relaxing, and comfortable, the lashes always look gorgeous and natural, and scheduling is always accommodating. “After seeing a friends eyebrows I decided to have a consultation, and I’m so happy I did. Initially I was a bit apprehensive as my eyebrows were thin and I thought the shape would be difficult to attain. Joanne was gracious and very informative taking her time to explain the process with detail, putting my nerves at ease. First you have the consultation appt., then the micro blading appt., then the touch up appt. All together its three appts. She provided written and verbal instructions which I followed to the tee, and had little to no swelling. Joanne is a master of what she does and I am so happy with my eyebrows and highly recommend her. Her salon is pristinely clean, and modern and you are the only client in the room at the time of the process. This makes the experience worthwhile. In addition her price is way, way, less than other competitors. When I wake up in the morning it is a relief to know I don’t have to paint on my eyebrows. I’ve added a picture of how they look without my third touch up appt. I love them!!!“
