I went in to grab some products for my hair as I had just gotten it braided, and as soon as I start looking around, one of the attendants asked me if I needed anything. After saying “No, thank you”, she proceeded to watch me (by standing in the same aisle as me and pretending to look at products) while I searched for the products I was looking for. I understand wanting to protect your business from theft, but why would anyone want to shop somewhere where you’re made extremely uncomfortable.
