I have been a customer of Frank's for over 20 years. In that time I have used him repeatedly as a homeowner and a condo board president. He has always done an excellent job. He put on a rubber roof, removing 6 layers of old roofing, on my home and put new roofing on my garage, he helped me solve a leak by my roof drain that eluded me for 10 years. He came when I had an emergency leak (in the winter) due to a change by another contractor attempting to solve that very leak. It has never re-occurred. He has done sheet rocking, wall insulation, cement work and windows all at a reasonable price. He stands by his work. For the condo building we had him replace crumbling stucco walls in a large air light shaftway with vinyl siding as well as replace the entire tiled roof with flat roofing material that had 35 rotten sheets of plywood due to icing under the tiles (wrong material for a roof without enough pitch). I cannot say enough for the quality and good prices that he offers.

We recently hired a plumber to fix a leaking pipe behind our bathroom wall, but the only way to access the pipe was to smash the wall in. With the entire bathroom contaminated by dirty drainage water and a giant hole in the wall, we then hired Frank to do a "bathroom makeover". He did a great job and our "new" bathroom is better than ever. Additionally, before replacing the wall Frank pointed out another pipe that was partially corroded and reinforced it as a precaution at no extra charge.Frank had told us the entire job would take about five days which it did, and the final bill was actually a bit less than the initial estimate. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for an honest, reasonable and friendly contractor who definitely knows his stuff.

Great Contracting Service. Frank was quickly able to diagnose and resolve multiple issues and provided a detailed explanation as to why the issues occurred and how to prevent them going forward. I would recommend him to anyone.
