Professional and rare to find Eye Doctor
Joselyn Estevez is genuinely a caring and professional doctor. Dr. Estevez was incredibly patient and attentive to my concerns after an accident on my right eye. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was healed. The entire staff was wonderful. I won't go anywhere else for my eye care.
The 5 stars is for Dr. Joselyn Estevez who is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable eye doctor. I'm one of her longest time patients and she is the only one I will continue to see. She has updated, state of the art equipment to help pinpoint issues with your eyes and vision.
Now 1 star is given to the Front desk/Receptionist (in Union) as she is extremely rude and unprofessional. The Dover office is a much friendlier and professional staff, and the experience is a lot better!!
The doctors are great and do a thorough exam but the office procedures and staff are complete chaos. They forgot to give me my prescription for my glasses and I had to test a trial pair of contacts and was told a second trial would be ordered but that never happened. In order to get my prescription for contacts I had to test the trial pairs, the one I was given was fine so I told them I would take that prescription. When I finally received the one prescription for my glasses through email, my name was misspelled. I had to call several times and then was emailed a corrected prescription for my glasses.
