My furnace was giving me problems. Managed to schedule appointment for the next day with Sasha. He seemed very knowlagable, identified the problem, made the necessery repair. I really liked how he explained why it wasn't working and what can be done to get it back on.
We found Avatar home services from our brother in law and I can see why they have such a high rating . Sasha and his team were amazing. We just moved into a new home and heard a noise we didn’t like and Avatar was out the next day to see what it was . Extremely helpful and knowledge taking time to show is what they found in their diagnosis. They made a great plan for a whole new hvac unit which made the most sense and came out as soon as possible to to install. They showed up in a timely manner for the install , were clean and explained the entire process! Cannot recommend enough using Avatar !
Sasha from Avatar did a fantastic job installing a new system. He finished quickly, efficiently, and was happy to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend Avatar for all of your HVAC needs.
