Joe, the manager, is an outstanding person. Just last week, my Jeep’s engine stopped working. Despite his busy schedule, Joe took the time to drive to my house to examine the car. He provided an honest assessment about whether the engine was truly shot and if it was worth repairing the Jeep. His advice was genuine, without any intention of profit.
