We had a leak pop up on Sunday evening and started calling around. Mark wasn’t my first call, but I’m definitely glad he was the one who answered. I explained the issue, and without hesitation he said he’d be here within an hour, and showed up in about 30 minutes.
Mark is extremely knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly, and took the time to answer all our questions. We’ll absolutely be calling him again in the future.

Our AC unit that was 12 years old went out on Sunday evening (first Sunday of August 2025) during the heat wave. Mark came early Monday, diagnosed the issues promptly. He explained the situation that the system failed as a result of improper parts used by a previous technician/company. Mark ordered a new unit and restored our service on Wednesday! Mark spent 3.5 hours on Monday on the problem(no charge). His team returned on Wednesday and spent 6 hours with the installation not leaving until we were assured that the unit was operating properly.
