The staff are incredible, experienced and caring. I was unsure where to bring my dog who is dog reactive, they were wonderful with her and helped me feel comfortable too. They did a great job grooming, she had her ears cleaned, nails cut and got a lot of excess hair off. She smells delightful and was happy and comfortable there. Will definitely be back!
Did such an amazing job. I tried many places and could not find somewhere that checked all the boxes. Critter cuts def did. Took both my Australian shepherd and my husky here. My husky is very wild and they handled him amazingly. Everyone is deshedded and looking fabulous. Highly recommend!!
Amazing groomer! We had nothing but issues at the pet stores and their groomers before changing. Great services, dogs always look great and they are kind to my babies. Been going for years and hope it never changes!
