In regards to Alexandra’s negative review, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ask the cost before proceeding. I have always asked before proceeding to make sure I had the funds to cover or to see what options are available in case I couldn’t pay up front. I’ve been going to Southern Ocean Animal Hospital as long as I’ve lived in the area (30+ years) and have NEVER had an issue. The staff is phenomenal and go out of their way to accommodate. Keep doing what you do

I can’t say enough great things about the best Veterinarian and Vet office in Southern Ocean County. Dr. Dan and his staff are not only professional and knowledgeable but they are immensely kind and compassionate. Dan is not only an amazing Vet but also a family man and he and his wife Megan are amazing people. They treat their patients (and staff) like family. SOAH provides the most sophisticated, quality veterinary care at an affordable price. I have been to other vet offices in the area and none compares to SOAH.

Thank you so much for always taking such great care of Archie and Finn. We were in the office yesterday for a routine exam and witnessed an unhinged maniac lose control at the reception counter after she approved extensive testing and treatments for her very sick pet that she couldn't afford. The behavior displayed by this person was disturbing and I was incredibly impressed at how the members of your team handled the outburst with kindness and grace. It's unfortunate that any of you have to endure this kind of abuse while you're working so hard to be superheros for our fur babies. I truly appreciate everything you do for us and this community.
