If you have to go here stay away from Dr Arturo Jimenez if you're bringing your children here for treatment and they have a few bruises be prepared that he is a dyfus caller who makes your life a living hell by including dyfus in your life where it's not needed, causing unnecessary drama, unnecessary pain, an unnecessary nuisance, I had dyfus show up to my e.r. room October 20 2022 after I brought my kid on for an infection but I told them before he has some bruises from being a kid, and being rough, there will be a lawsuit filed shortly, dyfus founded all this Drs claims unfounded so there will be a lawsuit filed 2

I had a family member have a procedure/open heart surgery last year. He left with a deep sternal wound infection. If you have an option I would go to another facility for open heart surgery. Everyone was kind but his infection was severe and likely could have been prevented. They don’t have care coordinators or disease managers to follow complex patients who fall of traditional pathways.

Every time I go I have to wait 2 hours or more to get a room. Why doesn't St. Francis put their money towards this problem instead of building a new wing onto the hospital that doesn't have any patients in it?
