From the first conversation the team was polite and professional, I have absolutely no regrets and I am glad I made that call. They booked an appointment and Andrei came out, he showed up on time and was very professional and polite and explained everything in details leaving no unanswered questions. We are very happy that we worked with Siding and Windows Wizards LLC. Andrei did an excellent job presenting the windows and clearly explained the features and benefits of each. His support staff followed- up to let us know when the windows would be in and scheduled delivery. The installers showed up on time and did an excellent job installing the windows. Great company to deal with. Very professional and clean install. It’s been years of dealing with contractors that never showed any appreciation of customers! Siding & Windows Wizards LLC is the exception however as they were very responsive to calls/emails and even sent a jar of cookies thanking us for being a customer! Thank you!
