Jerry took the time for this over thinker to figure out colors and understand what to expect. He delivered on all he promised and his team was outstanding---communicative, respectful of me and my home and very professional. I love my new lighter golden oak floor! Brightens up the room so much. TIP for anyone doing this: ask how much it would be for them to tear up your carpet and/or remove all the wood carpet tacks (those strips of wood around the perimeter of your room that the carpet is attached to). Removing the carpet was easy.....trying to get a crowbar/chisel under the carpet tacks was nearly impossible. Jerry did not overcharge and it was well worth it!

Not only did Jerry provide the best price we were quoted, but the work was fantastic. We were on a tight deadline to get the floors done before moving day. The workers, John and John worked hard and quickly, along with being very transparent, informative and friendly. I'm using them for another job in a couple weeks. Would highly recommend.

Honestly, my expectations were low because my rustic wood floor was BEAT. It was filthy post-construction, the wax coating was coming off in places, and there was no way for me to clean this sufficiently or refinish it because the nail heads were raised and decorative. No other company was able to do any service because their heavy duty machinery couldn't safely proceed because of the nail heads. Jerry talked to me for a while on the phone as I explained my circumstances; he agreed that the nail heads could cause a fire, etc... but with his service, he could do it! He also sent me a picture of a similar floor that they refinished to show me what was possible. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing my floor looks now. I'm in bliss. The process took about 3.5 hours; the smell was rather pleasant honestly; and I could walk on it in an hour. I wish I had more floors to do! Please call Jerry for any/all of your flooring needs!!!
