Ive called Mr. Cheap numerous times for various reasons including toilet clogs, tub clogs, even major main line blockage. Any plumbing issue is considered an emergency to the person it's happening to. Mr. Cheap also treats these situations as such. I've called them in the morning and evening; they always pick up the phone. I have never waited longer than a half hour for them to show up. Whether sweltering heat or freeing cold they show. Small nonprofit organization. Middle of the afternoon - Needed emergency drain service. Tried some of the "bigger" companies, and they couldn't send someone out. Contacted Mr. Cheap, and they said someone would be there in an hour. A little over an hour later, service arrived and didn't leave until drain was cleared. Explained costs up front and provided status updates while work was in progress. Technicians were knowledgeable and professional. And did not "price gouge" because we were in a pickle. Technician even called next day to follow up. Will be using them on a regular basis. Highly recommend.
