“I might as well right a review since I’ve been a client for about 2 years now!! I came to IHI after being at a different salon where my locs were started! My hair was dry, brittle and broken off! The stylist who started my locs did not take care of them and she twisted my soft, fine texture waaay too tight, leaving me with a bunch of loose hair where the hair was growing back from being broken off! I essentially had bald spots that had grown out by the time I got to Diane! From the 1st service I knew Diane was my forever loctician! She WASHED my hair, deep conditioned, gave me clear parts and locksmithed my locs! They were so crisp! My hair was just past my ears but now they sit past my collarbone! I’ve had the pleasure of 2 other ladies doing my locs and the service is the same TOP NOTCH quality! Thank y’all so much for saving and caring for my locs! I’m so proud of them now!! “My barber is Angel, he's on the right side when you go up the stairs. He's been cutting my hair for about 20 years. He's very good; I'm not just saying that. Give him a chance and you'll see for yourself. Also, there's Uncle Ron next to him, who is also very good and full of knowledge. He has so much experience in life. Just talking to him, you'll gain some wisdom. Both guys are awesome.

“I went to Dgwee's Hair Braiding for the first time and I had the best experience anyone could ask for. Veronica is such a talented woman with such an uplifting and sweet energy to be around. I got ginger Fulani braids and she did them so neatly and made the parts perfect without any pain or harsh tugging. “First time at this boutique salon. Loved the atmosphere, the Mother's Day mimosa, and the lovely stylist Lani, who took care of me and my daughter. My hair is very thin and wispy, but Lani made it look full and beautiful. She also did a fabulous wash/ blowout, and eyebrow waxing for my daughter. We purchased a few haircare products too, as they were offering 20% off for Mothers Day, Wow! We will definitely return.“
