He delivered on all he promised and his team was outstanding---communicative, respectful of me and my home and very professional. I love my new lighter golden oak floor! Brightens up the room so much. TIP for anyone doing this: ask how much it would be for them to tear up your carpet and/or remove all the wood carpet tacks (those strips of wood around the perimeter of your room that the carpet is attached to). Removing the carpet was easy.....trying to get a crowbar/chisel under the carpet tacks was nearly impossible. Jerry did not overcharge and it was well worth it!“
