My hair came out beautiful! Not too tight and just how I wanted it. The only suggestion I have is to try to keep the noise level down. There were children running around the space throwing toys at some of the customers. Children will be children but I think it will be better experience if the children are in a seperate environment.

Getting to this small business wasn't difficult. Now my sister speaks highly of this braiding salon. Her hair always looks top notch. So, i walked-in with expectations. Elegance hair braiding did not disappoint me. My hair was braided nicely and the braiding wasnt deathly tight either and the braiding was fast. I did have a few issues here. From one entrepreneur to another.... The combing technique It wasn't bottom to top as it should be. It was top to bottom 👎this is one of the reasons black women have short hair! I take exceptional good care of my locks so i was having a fit on the inside when my stylist was combining my hair incorrectly. Also, there were toddlers running around the salon. They were extremely bored and made so much noise 👎Not everyone that walks into the salon will want to put up with that. I see that hurting the business. ⚠With good intent in mind. these children need structure (day care) so that the hair stylist can work efficiently and attract business, and the client can feel like their hair investment was worth the price.

I had sew ins done about 3 times and the only one i will EVER deal with is Mama, she is very polite and although the language barrier between us is tough she still knew by the pictures i showed her what i needed and did a great job..Now the one time i decided to take my daughter there to get some braids done my girl was not there and a different woman was there, automatically had an attitude the moment i walked in, my 5 yr old daughter was so excited to get her hair done until this woman was giving off her bad vibes and i told her if it was an issue that i can come back when my girl was there.. she then insisted to talk crap in her language but i stood there closely to...read full review
