“Really great practice! Very high tech modern dental office. I felt like I was at a spa. They have televisions on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix during the dental work. There's a lot of perks like warm towels, beverages, complimentary fluoride treatment, blankets, a neck pillow and more. The staff were very nice and informative. The facility is very clean. Dr. Sunny is indeed bright and kind. Had a really great experience here. If you don't have insurance they have a very affordable annual plan too.“

“Florence Family Dental is amazing. The Dental Hygienists and the Dentists have been so nice to me. Their chairs have a massage and heat function and they give you sun glasses just to make all their patients comfortable. I have never waited long in the lobby to be called. It's usually right at my appointment time.

I have had several dentists in the past who have not listened to my concerns and my anxiety about getting cavities filled. I'm the type that they have to put 5 shots in my face just to begin to numb the area. So I have felt the pain of drilling before and it scares me.

The one cavity I had filled with Florence Family Dental, Dr. Blum was so kind and reassuring. He understood my anxiety and didn't make me feel silly for having it. He promised me that the cavity was so shallow that he could drill without the numbing agents and I wouldn't feel anything. I was so scared but he was right. He handled it so delicately and I didn't feel anything.

It's really nice to have a dentist who cares and works to undo the trauma I have from other dentists I've had in the past.

“About 8 years ago when I was 19 or 20 I wanted veneers on my front 4 teeth so I could have a nice smile. Long story short I went in there every 2 weeks for a full year and they just could not get it right. Dr.Rhodes I believe was her name must have forgotten what I came in for a year ago because she took matters into her own hands and trimmed the veneers down to nothing and I’ve been stuck with a pearly white two dimensional bridge a crossed the front of my mouth that has never looked natural. I told her before I decided to commit that I don’t want them to look fake and she reassured me they wouldn’t. I was waiting for this procedure to be done so I could move to the west coast and I didn’t hesitate to leave right after. Even longer story short been made fun of pretty hard for having fake looking teeth fell into a gnarly debilitating depression. I stopped caring I stopped trying. At least she put them in really well since they haven’t fallen out… No this is not my real account I don’t need everyone that used to know me on Facebook reading this. It’s embarrassing as hell. I am a real person my name is Peter M. if you need to look me up your database. To end on a better note I do remember feeling comfortable going there Dr.Rhodes and her assistant were nice people I just got unlucky I guess.“

“To describe the dental office in two words, it would be highly competent. From the receptionist to the hygienist team to the dentist, everyone was knowledge and on top of things. I've had nice, friendly, caring dentists; but the thing that stood out to me was how proficient the team was. While I was getting work done, my hygienists and Dr. Elimanco were like a well oiled machine. Great communication. Dr. Elimanco also is very informative in telling you what he's doing and why.
