Extremely expensive! I called them to help with a leak in hvac unit. The technician checked and mentioned there is nothing wrong but will blow out the condensate pipe line to make sure it’s clear. There was no mention of upfront pricing of anything. At the end the amount charged was $275 for blowing out the line which took maybe 5 secs. If I knew it was going to cost so much I would have never agreed to the service! Routine maintenance from the company which also includes the blow out is much cheaper at $149 so this doesn’t make any sense! I am taking my business elsewhere next time and hopefully this will help others to ask for the prices upfront before being trapped...read full review
