Mike is very professional. He was on time, you can tell his expertise and experience how he inspects, will explain you with easy to understand words, and dont make you wait to get the report. You will also enjoy your time.
We were very lucky to have Mike as our home inspector. He took a look at every single nook and cranny of the house including every single crawlspace, attic, and the roof. We bought a single family home, and he took four hours to inspect the house thoroughly. His report was extremely comprehensive, and we were able to request a lot of the items that he mentioned in the report to the seller as contingency. We highly recommend Mike’s service and we will be going back to him if we buy another house in the future.
