I have been here maybe 4-5 times and twice now I have had issues with this place where they either did not have my clothes ready on the date stated, or in my most recent case, lost a pair of my pants. They tried to convince me that I had only brought in 7 pairs when my receipt had clearly stated 8. The 8th pair for whatever reason did not have a tag and since they outsource their cleanings, they had to contact the location they are cleaned at to find them. Luckily, the pants were found, however I will NOT be returning here and I do NOT recommend anyone go here

Eddie's Cleaners in Washington Township offers a rare combination of bad service and extreme rudeness and should not be patronized under any circumstances. I was a regular customer of theirs for years, bringing in a batch of dress shirts for cleaning each week until Eddie recently showed his true colors. When I got my most recent load of shirts home I noticed that the cuffs were not clean and brought them back to Eddie's. To be fair, they did re-clean the shirts twice without charge but failed to get them clean and embedded the dirt more deeply in the fabric by repeated pressing. The shirts ended up looking worse than they did originally. When I asked Eddie to reimburse me for the ruined shirts, he told me to go to hell, so I took my unwearable shirts and left. Eddie apparently doesn't care about retaining his customer relationships. Avoid him at all costs - you'd be better off just burning your clothes and replacing them.

Dropped off a North Face jacket and it cost nine bucks to clean it.The woman working there was really nice and helpful, so I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. The location is nice too its in a mini mall with a bunch of other stores so it makes convenient to drop off stuff while you get some other shopping done.
