“I do not understand how anybody would rate them 2 1/2 stars. My fault for not removing the coats from closet prior to painting. When painting my closet doors I accidently painted my wife's favorite coats. I kept it in the closet for around 2 months thinking these coats are ruined. I suddenly decided to give it a try to give it to the cleaner. I asked him what are the chances in removing the paint. The owner said depends how deep the paint seeped into the fabric. I cannot guarantee that I will be able remove it, but I will try my best. That's all I wanted to hear. I got it back the coats today. I was so amazed and happy they completely got the paint out of my wife's favorite coats. Happy wife happy life! They did a phenomenal job. This is why I am rating them 5 stars.“

“This place is absolutely fantastic. Today, I was feverishly looking for someone who can do same day alterations to a new suit that i needed for tomorrow. First off, their sewing machine was broken, so they called in a favor from a friend. Not sure if they borrowed a machine or if the friend did the work - but either way, they found a way to get it done. BUT it doesn't stop there.It was 10:30am and I had to leave for work by 1pm. They were not going to be done until around 4:30, giving me no shot at picking it up (and tomorrow is Sunday!) Seeing how much I was in need of getting this suit done and back, they offered to drop it off at my house for me! I don't know if this is a typical service they provide, but they knew I needed help and they were there. She said to me "I can tell you need some help, so we'll take care of you!"
