Went way out of my way when my heat went in the middle of January. Not only did they come out to the house right away, but also loaned me a couple of space heaters until the required parts arrived. Great service and all around nice guys.

They were terrific. Called for a problem with the furnace the evening (late)before the big snow storm. The technician was at the house first thing in the a.m.. He came in replaced the part and the furnace was back on. We have used them many times and are always pleased with their professionalism. Highly reccomend!

Trevor from Donaldson’s was at my Boonton home yesterday to fix a water pressure issue to the 2nd floor of my 1910 home and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism! In less than 10 minutes he determined the issue and in under an hour it was resolved. My family has used Donaldson’s before and we’ve always been happy with their work.
