They send emails, ask you to answer qualifying questions and you never qualify. I think they use those answers as part of surveys they get paid for. Ive answered multiple questionnaires and theres NO WAY I dont qualify to test a shampoo when Ive answered every question with a neutral answer. Go to Consumer Product Testing in Fairfield instead
