Great place. Kim and Donna are so friendly. Very clean and smelled like bleach from them cleaning all day. Kim did a good job on my manicure. Highly recommend this place. Unfortunately, they're afraid of closing due to these uncertain times with Covid-19 but I strongly suggest supporting them once things return to normalcy around here.

I come here periodically when I get the chance as they can be a little pricey. However, I have always gotten my bang for my buck. Recently, however I experienced a pretty crappy nail experience. I went in with no appointment (yes, I was at fault for that) but I explained I am happy to wait and let others go ahead that already called in. The nail tech proceeded to take me and did a fairly poor job of setting my nails up, she then had me wait while she took care of someone else. I found myself going back and forth sitting in the chair instead of just going in one go. I asked for coffin nails but found that my nails looked skinny and weird. I asked for matte and the color they used had a shimmer to it so the extra $5 I paid for matte polish went down the drain. To top it off, I went to bed about 2-3 nights later and woke up to a few of my nails broken off. I spent so much money for them to break off in my sleep?? That had never happened before with them. Not sure if it was her rushing through and putting little effort or the new looking stuff she put on for the acrylic...either way I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Nice staff but they need to do better. I would've waited an hour if it meant I got better service. I now had to pop the rest off and go somewhere else to get a new set.

They did a great job on my mani and pedi.. I would have given five stars but the one downfall is that the lady that I believe is the owner that charges you at the very end asks for a tip. I believe it's the customers choice weather to tip or not.
